Furniture, Accessories and Soft Furnishings

An ‘in-house’ , dedicated and creative team of textile, interior and furniture designers complement the work of architectural and engineering colleagues. They use finely-tuned design skills to respond to the nuances of each project. Procurement professionals organise the acquisition and delivery of all fixtures and fittings. Designers dress interiors to respect each unique, client vision.

The Process

Client Brief

We always start by conducting an initial contact meeting to get to know our clients better. At this stage we’re able to learn more about their brief, lifestyle and budget. From this initial briefing we will then contact our design team toensure the right team is brought on board to fully service our client’s requirements.

Concept Design

With our client’s brief and budget in mind, our design team will develop detailed mood boards exploring social planning options in CAD with 3D sketches to help give a sense of the overall look and feel of each area; this will help establish both the interior architecture and FF&E style.

Detail Design

At this stage, we reflect on client feedback and refine thedesigns to produce detailed CAD plans, elevations specifications, scope of works and schedules to create the tender.

Site Compliance & Procurement

Our site monitoring service carefully oversees the whole process. During this stage the FF&E is procured and project management , tapping into our list of trusted suppliers to build the perfect team for each project.

Installation And Beyond

Once complete, we offer an aftercare service which includes bespoke home and floral styling, snagging resolutions and more.
